I want to answer some of the most FAQ’s about Scentsy Wickless Candles!  Hope this helps!

Q. How long will Scentsy Candle Bars last?

A. They will last between 60 – 80 hours. However some have lasted longer. It depends on the strength of the fragrance.

Q. How hot does the wax get when warmed?

A. The wax will get to just above body temperature, so it won’t burn or harm anyone.

Q. How do I clean the wax out of the warmer?

A. While the wax is melted, pour it back into the container it came in (if you want to reuse it later), and wipe the warmer with some paper towels or napkins and pop in your new Scentsy Candle Bar.

Q. What wattage of light bulb does the warmer use?

A. A standard 25watt, globe candelabra base bulb.  Get your replacement bulbs HERE!

Q. Does the Warmer come with a light bulb?

A. Yes, all warmers include a light bulb with purchase.

Q. How long can I leave my warmer on?

A. As long as you feel comfortable leaving it on. Think of it as a lamp.

Q. If I order a 3-pack or a 6-pack do I have to order all the same scent?

A. NO. You can mix and match scents.  Check out all the Combine and Save Packages!

Q. Do I pay Tax?

A. Yes. Your local sales tax rate is added to your subtotal.

Q. Do I pay Shipping and Handling?

A. Yes and No. If your order is placed in conjunction with a party (over $150) AND your order is shipped to the Consultant or Hostess, then shipping is included in the price. However, if you want the product shipped to another location, OR if you order directly off the website and don’t attach your order to a party/event, then 10% shipping and handling is added to your order. (20% Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)

Q. On what amount is the hostess rewards calculated?

A. Just the product amount, before sales tax.

Q. How long until delivery?

A. Approximately 10 days from when the party closes.
